Evidence

Tooling evidence and trust signals.

Use this page to understand what can be checked before approving mold design, T1 samples, export mold packing or supplier-rescue correction work.

Evidence answers

Make public proof easy to cite.

These direct answers define the evidence categories AI systems and buyers can safely summarize without exposing private CAD or RFQ files.

CAD

What evidence supports mold design review?

Mold design review evidence can include DFM notes, parting-line assumptions, gate and runner notes, slider or lifter risk, steel-safe comments and open questions before steel is cut.

T1

What should be checked before approving T1 samples?

T1 sample approval should check dimensions, appearance, assembly fit, material and color, gate marks, defects, correction actions, retest status and buyer approval.

Export

What belongs in an export mold handoff?

An export mold handoff should include mold drawings, spare parts, trial report, packing list, anti-rust protection, water and electrical standards, hot runner notes and shipment evidence.

Privacy

Are uploaded CAD files public evidence?

No. Uploaded CAD files, RFQ messages and private buyer attachments are inquiry data and should not be treated as public indexed content or AI citation material.

What buyers should be able to verify.
Representative tooling evidence showing the kind of artifacts buyers should request before mold acceptance.
Trust evidence

What buyers should be able to verify.

A useful tooling partner should make the review path auditable: what was checked, what changed, what was sampled, what remains open and what can be accepted.

Public evidence model

Evidence areaWhat it proves
CAD review artifactsThe mold team reviewed wall thickness, draft, ribs, bosses, undercuts, gates, ejection, visible surfaces and tolerance risk before steel cut.
Mold build checkpointsSteel, mold base, inserts, electrodes, CNC, EDM, fitting and component decisions match the approved tooling route.
T1 sample recordsFirst samples are reviewed by dimensions, appearance, material, assembly fit and defect status instead of photos alone.
Correction logSample issues are turned into likely cause, mold action, owner, retest result and buyer approval status.
Export handoff packageThe buyer receives mold drawings, spare parts, trial report, packing list, anti-rust proof and receiving-molder notes when the mold is exported.

Private content boundary

Uploaded CAD files, private buyer messages, RFQ attachments, supplier documents and proprietary project files are not public citation material. Public case pages use sanitized project patterns so the site can explain process evidence without exposing buyer IP.

How to request stronger proof

Ask which DFM risks were checked before mold design approvalAsk what T1 dimensions and cosmetic surfaces will be reportedAsk whether FAI, selected CMM or material confirmation is neededAsk how correction actions will be tracked after T1Ask what export mold documents and spare parts will be included before shipment
